First experience: I had a very good experience. I sent an email with a photo of the problem with my sink on Saturday, and they were at my house Monday morning. They even fixed two other small problems I had with the shower faucet... quick and courteous service.

Second experience: Patrice did an excellent job, replacing and installing the toilet bowl, washing all my faucets, installing the valve, etc. This gentleman is very kind, courteous, and friendly, and his prices are very affordable. Thank you to Patrice and "Plomberie Claude Gagnon".

I hired this company to repair a dripping faucet. They responded fairly quickly and fixed the problem. But a few weeks later, the faucet started dripping again. The receipt stated a one-year warranty on parts and labor, so I contacted the company to ask if the problem could be inspected again. I was perfectly willing to pay for the tile removal and installation of a new faucet. But the company ignored me and never responded to my request. It was a total waste of $160, and now the job has been given to someone else who agreed to contact me.
