Highly recommend Tarzan and Jane. Needed my hot water tank replaced, called around to a few places, they were the only ones to give me an exact quote on what the cost, installation, and removal of my old tank would be. They were also the lowest quote as well. Others gave me estimates that were very open ended saying things like it will be “at least x amount - plus this, plus this etc”. Once hot water tank was installed they walked me through the new tank, how to use it, how to light the pilot if it were to go out and other small things to watch out for and regular tank maintenance. Very professional, courteous and fit me in as quickly as they were able to.

Recently had a furnace service / repair turn into requiring a new furnace. They obtained great quotes in a timely manner and helped me zero in on best unit for my needs. Showed great empathy by providing their personal heaters so we could better get by between furnaces. Also managed to fast track the installation and ending up competing it the day they were originally going to start . An absolute pleasure to deal with , would highly recommend.
