I would highly recommend Michael from Drain Stream. He was professional, arrived on time, and cleared a stubborn drain thoroughly. He even installed a cleanout for a very nominal fee to make future maintenance much easier. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work provided, and he left the workspace spotless. Great experience!

Michael and his crew did a tremendous job. His attention to detail, craftsmanship and work ethic was inspirational. He was extremely patient in explaining the backwater valve installation in understandable terms.
Site preparation to protect floors, and plastic sheet for the shelving was extremely effective and most appreciative.

I hired Drain Stream for Flood Proofing work last month and I am Glad I did that. Michael and Mila took care of every thing form the beginning. Michael got permit done and also guided me step by step to get my rebate form city approved. Once my rebate approved he scheduled the work and completed in promised time including all necessary inspection form the city. Post work completion he was with me on every stem to claim my rebate and I got my rebate without any delay. I highly recommend to hire drain stream for any plumbing and drain work required. We hired Drain Stream Inc. to install a primary sump pump, battery back up pump, pit, sanitary backwater valve (interior) and storm drain backwater valve (exterior). Michael and his hard-working team were amazing throughout the process!
