I was very pleased with all the help in answering questions prior to booking . The booking went smoothly and the appointment was within a week.The addition of the filter was quickly done and all questions were answered. All debris was cleaned up as well so it was a good experience. I am looking forward to not having to worry about the quality of our water. I was very pleased with this service and would recommend to anyone.

Great experience with NovaPure. Our water was tested within 2 business days of first contact, a quote provided promptly , and softener and UV lights installed expertly. The installer was extremely courteous. Highly recommend.

Best company I have ever dealt with, no question! Julie was pleasant and efficient in getting my appointment booked for me. Steve came out right away. He knows his stuff and got the filters changed in no time. His service was above and beyond what anyone could expect. He found other issues that he readily got to work on and went above and beyond what was required for the job in order to help me out. He was honest in telling me what was required and did not upsell me at all. When I had issues with other equipment, he returned the next day with everything repaired. He did more than what was asked and was incredibly helpful to me. I was surprised when I got the bill as it was much less than what I was expecting considering the amount of time and effort Steve put into getting my water systems up and running. His service was superb. I especially liked the wave goodbye and the "See you next year!" I will definitely be booking a service call next year. Top notch company. I cannot recommend them enough.

Friendly, fast, and efficient service!
We were plagued by sediment problems from our well—it was affecting our pipes, fixtures, and even the tub was feeling the brunt of it. Once I made the call, Steve swooped in, assessed what needed to be done, installed a sediment filter, and saved the day. Now, I can enjoy a bath without wondering what’s lurking at the bottom! Not only is their pricing great, but the service was fast, friendly, and effective— I highly recommend them!
