Zero service. Offered a good price to get the contract and then disappeared. Ready for the installation, then at the beginning of October 2025, he came on site, everything was ready. Then it was "I'll be there in two days," then another two days. Then nothing. No return calls, no answers. Then the reasons kept piling up: broken machine, injured technician. Finally, he promised me a date before Christmas. Then the reasons continued: too much snow, had to put on chains, etc. The warranty was then extended to January, and then no more response.

In short, I waited from October to February, getting the runaround and then being ghosted. Result: a winter without water in my house. Worst service ever, he's laughing at me. Don't be fooled by their price.

Excellent service. The staff were patient and kind, explaining in detail how the well works and how to maintain it.

The only downside was one of the technicians who came for the final installation. He was rude and impatient.

I strongly advise against doing business with this company.

Our experience was extremely disappointing and bore no resemblance to what was agreed upon.

Despite a contract clearly stating a minimum and maximum price, as well as a confirmed agreement with the owner and the on-site technicians, the final amount billed exceeded the agreed price.

We also had to wait all summer, believing we were getting the “best price,” which turned out to be false.

The invoice was sent to us several weeks later, with an earlier date printed on it. The day after receiving it, when we disputed the amount—which was completely different from the agreement—we were immediately confronted with a legal lien and demanded payment of over $20,000 in just two days.

And despite all this, the final result is still not satisfactory: our water is still not potable, which is completely unacceptable given the amount paid and the commitments made.

This type of business practices are sorely lacking in transparency, professionalism, and honesty. Our experience was very negative and I absolutely do not recommend their services.

We had a lot of problems with the previous company that installed our artesian well. Conrad from Puits Lafontaine helped us from start to finish, both in finding a solution for the old well and in assisting us with the new one.

Thanks to Conrad and his team, we tried everything to resolve our water problems with the old well. And let me tell you, we really tried everything. Unfortunately, due to the poor quality of the well design by another company, we had a new well installed… and since then, we've had perfect water. Without a filtration system.

They are great, excellent customer service, and they respond very quickly to any questions.

I highly recommend them.

Thank you again, Puits Lafontaine, for helping us through this difficult situation.
