Had a call-out for an electrical issue at through the condo board. Showed up for 15 minutes and charged $400, only provided what ended up being bad information, and after patiently waiting 2 weeks to return from vacation, they flaked on showing up and left me hanging. Would have been better off without.

Our property management 113 West, arranged for BROJAN Construction to fix the patio & front doors. Joe was able to fix all the issues. Joe was very professional, pleasant and creative. After finding out one of the parts required for the was obsolete. Joe problem solved, came up the a solution and fixed the door instead of being replaced.
Thank so much Joe!

Our property management 113 West, arranged for BROJAN Construction to fix the patio & front doors. Joe was able to fix all the issues. Joe was very professional, pleasant and creative. After finding out one of the parts required for the was obsolete. Joe problem solved, came up the a solution and fixed the door instead of being replaced.

Absolute worst company to deal with. Their team is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of your home and personal belongings. Simple deck repair and resurface that resulted in some additional work to repair moldy wood rot around the door frame. The crew was smoking on my deck filling my home with the fresh scent of darts, not cool. Upon removing the door I had requested a barrier be set up to prevent dust/dirt/ bugs etc from entering the inside of my home….this was completely ignored. They were making all their cuts with the exhaust of the saw blowing sawdust into my home. After arriving home from work I was instantly enraged…I took photos and forwarded them to their manager. My blinds, windows and frames, walls, carpet, furniture, pictures and couch all covered in dust/dirt from their negligence. Manager Nick apologized for his crew and offered to clean, which he has now declined. Offered $100 for my troubles. What a joke!!! They started this job June 12, which should have only taken a few days to complete…it is now July 8th. DO NOT use this company….run for your life.

We have been using Bro Jam for several years now. Many of our jobs have been relatively small such as water leaks or window replacement requests from individual condominium units. We were able to provide Bro Jam with a few "bigger" jobs, such as ordering and installing main entrance doors.
Jamie and his crews continue to provide excellent work and proceed on tasks as fast as the supply system will allow. Their tradesmen have a lot of patience with a few of our... "grumpy" owners, but still strive to provide the best professional service possible.
Highly recommended for any personal or commercial job.
