Had this company in to do a small job, which a lot of other companies won't touch. They came quickly after contact and the young man arrived on time and was knowledgeable, clean and efficient. Have used this company before to install a gas line and was very satisfied. Would highly recommend.

I had a plumbing emergency and these professionals responded incredibly quickly. They provided an immediate temporary fix to stop the problem, then took the time to assess the situation properly and give me a detailed estimate for the permanent repair.
What impressed me most was their willingness to work directly with the city on my behalf to handle the necessary permits and approvals. Their efficiency, professionalism, and comprehensive approach to solving both the immediate crisis and long-term solution made a stressful situation much more manageable.
I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs - they go above and beyond to take care of their customers.

Dan was great, he was on time, pleasant and did a great job of installing the outdoor spigots I needed. Booking was simple and easy, I was able to get an appointment within a few days. I have used B.R. a few times now and would recommend them.

My kitchen ceiling had sprung a leak and had water coming from 3 different spots...it was baffling and truly daunting until I called B.R. Plumbing and Heating.
Their customer service from the 1st call with Nancy was top notch and they had a plumber booked to come out within 5 hrs...great news after a long weekend!
Noah arrived and from his first step into the house exuded professionalism and within a few minutes had located the leak, which apparently from the state of my ceiling above had started days before. He had the ceiling opened up, located the old copper pipes with the leak and had everything replaced and fixed within an hr! He took a scary situation to me and turned it totally around with his fabulous customer service and skills.
.what a great day it turned out to be!! Way to go Noah!!
