Thank you to Greg at TAPS for providing a phenomenal, quick and clean service for us today in Riverview. Not only was he ahead of the schedule the work was done efficiently and to a high quality. The whole team from first call to payment was outstanding and I would highly recommend their service. Being out of water for 24 hours really makes things difficult within a home and the TAPS team was very reassuring and just TOTALLY AWESOME!

Everything from start to finish was totally awesome. The receptionist who took my call was super friendly and efficient. Melissa (the plumber) was very knowledgeable, experienced and easy to talk too. The job was completed quickly and in a extremely professional way. By far the best plumbing service I ever received. Will use this company from now on!

From The office staff to the technicians - they are so pleasant to speak with and informative. Very friendly, professional and to top it off received exceptional service. Highly recommend.
New home purchase in the family so opted for their inspection of all plumbing special ,as well as, an inspection on a cast iron pipe.
They did an inspection of all plumbing , drainage, and did a scope on cast iron pipe. After inspection a report was provided of their recommendations and findings.

To call anyone else would be to do yourself a dis-service. Simply put, Adam and Ryan are the best in the business. I'll admit that I initially called TAPS based on the name alone, who wouldn't, but was completely blown away by the service. They absolutely live up to their name. I've had a few different occasions requiring their service and every time Adam or Ryan has turned what could have been a disaster into a complete NON-issue. Lightning fast service and always equipped with the tools, knowledge and experience to quickly dispatch any issue. Although trustworthy and personable service technicians are worth their weight in gold, I've been consistently impressed with the more than fair rates. I have also been pleased to see that they have recently added some additional maintenance services to their offering, making them an even better one stop shop. Can't say enough good about these guys. You wont be disappointed !
