I submitted a request indicating that the main pipe was possibly blocked by roots (as I had the same problem 5 years ago). I waited all day only to be told at the end of the day that there were emergencies and that the appointment had to be rescheduled. At the first appointment, I received a bill for over $700 to have a USB drive confirm, following a camera analysis, that my pipes were partially blocked by roots. The equipment to unblock the pipe wasn't available. So I made another appointment. I received another call telling me there were emergencies and that the appointment had to be rescheduled. So, no service, just a hefty bill and no intervention to unblock the pipe.

Excellent plumber. Did a great job installing the plumbing and faucets. A ring broke under pressure when they turned the water back on, and they handled it like pros!

Service was great and they arrived on time. Didn’t have to wait long for the appointment like some others who posted reviews. They worked fast and did a good job. Biggest warning to anyone needing service is this company’s billing practices. They charged me $50 to drive to my house (ok, pretty standard) and then one hour per employee minimum to do the work AND they work in teams of two. So even if the work took 20 minutes total, you pay for two full hours of work (one hour per employee) plus the $50 displacement fee and then overpriced fees for parts and pieces. Ask the right questions before engaging them!
