Called for a quote and Miranda was quick to return my call. Matthew came the next day arrived on time and assessed the job. We did not end up using their service so I can only speak to how they dealt with us as far as the assessment phase. Very friendly and easy to deal with.

We had a great experience with Gravity Complete Services. We were having problems with our toilet and needed a plumber. We called Gravity Plumbing and Heating and spoke with a very nice lady about our plumbing problem. She arranged for a plumber to come that very day. She was very helpful and friendly. We had called a few other places and they were not able to come or did not call us back. Matthew the plumber arrived at the arranged time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He assessed our plumbing problem , he told us what he needed to do and gave us the price quotes for the work.He informed us about everything he was doing and was very thorough. He did a great job and got everything working well. We were very happy with the results and will be calling on Gravity Plumbing and Heating for any other plumbing or heating problems we may have. Great work and great customer service. Thank you .

Just had Matthew H. here to repair my kitchen faucet. He was a delight! Very personable and knowledgeable about his work, explaining things as he went along. Was able to repair the tap today, so saved the expense of a new one. I highly recommend Gravity, have dealt with them for years. Always reliable and do excellent work.

My wife and I had noticed a corroded pipe leading to our hot water tank. After speaking with my FIL, we decided to see about getting it fixed. My wife reached out to Gravity Plumbing, and shortly thereafter after, we had Caleb come out to take a look. He was able to confirm, and replace without incident the piping, so as to avoid any possible ruptures. He was very pleasant, professional and friendly. We will be using gravity again without a doubt!

I called gravity Plumbing in the evening when we found our basement had flooded. I was connected with Brett who was really responsive and even gave me some suggestions for a restoration company that does after hours work.

Brett and Avery came to install a sump pump in our basement. They were very professional and did great work. Brett was very communicative and they did quick work. They made sure everything was working properly and explained to my husband how it worked when they were done.

I would highly recommend Brett and his team at Gravity Plumbers.

Edit: I also had Kurt and Caleb in my home to replace my hot water tank and furnace. Both were very professional and did great work.

They made sure both units were working before leaving, and explained what my warranty covers.
I was originally told by Taylor the receptionist, that they weren't going to be able to come for about another week, but they got back to me quickly and were able to book me in just a few days later.

I really appreciate all of the great work gravity has done for me over the last few weeks.
