Chris was professional, friendly and efficient. He installed a new hot water heater, replaced our sump pump and put in a new shower handle cartridge for us. We would recommend Tech 2 and use them again in the future.

Absolutely recommend this company! The technician arrived, clearly explained the plan, and got right to work. The new water heater installation was seamless, the work area left spotless, and we had hot water back in just a few hours. Fantastic service!

Great service. They came on time and provided honest practical information about maintaining our hot water tank. They were able to fix an issue on the spot as well. Through the process of booking and service, communication was great and very responsive. We would use them again for sure.
