I had a fantastic, high quality experience with Hy-Mark Home Comfort today! Tim K did a wonderful job coordinating this project with excellent communication every step of the way and everything went amazingly smooth from start to finish! Roger P and Marc T were incredibly professional, efficient and are true experts with HVAC installation of a new Lennox High Efficiency furnace and Air Conditioning Unit. The whole process led to a top notch experience with great communication, answering all my questions and their clear and concise explanation of both units and the ecobee thermostat. They did a wonderful job removing the old equipment and left my home spic and span. I highly recommend Hy-Mark Home Comfort and Tim K, Roger P and Marc T are the A-Team!

I recently had Hy-Mark install a new Furnace (Feb 18/26). Fred and Matt were diligent and worked hard to get the heat back on for me. I appreciated their work ethic and professionalism. I also had my ducts cleaned (Feb 24/26) by Jacob and Marc. They were very personable, answered my questions and offered to help me move things back after they were done. Overall, Hy-Mark did a fantastic job.

In 2024 Hy-Mark completed a customized HVAC retrofit as part of a substantial renovation of our 75 year old small bungalow. The work involved total ductwork alteration, heat pump and EVR installation, and gas furnace re-installation. The Hy-Mark team provided sound and cost-effective solutions at the design stage and, more importantly, demonstrated a very high level of craftsmanship in the rebuilding of the system as well as practical instructive support by field technicians during its initial operation. The follow-on maintenance servicing has been excellent to date. I am certainly 'home comfortable' in strongly recommending Hy-Mark as the region's HVAC servicer of choice.

Marc headed up the installation of our furnace and heat pump. He kept me informed throughout the process, made sure everything was clean and spent time with me programming the new thermostat. I recommend him for his attention to detail, his professional approach and his easy going personality. Thanks!
