They came to my home and gave a ridiculous quote ($1000, $379 to replace a customer supplied kitchen faucet, $624 to replace a hose bib). I had the choice to refuse the quote and pay their $79 fee for nothing, or accept the quote. I am a sucker, so I accepted the quote and paid $1000 for what turned out to be 2 hours of work and a cheap part (hose bib). That is very poor value for the money. Don't be a sucker too.

They were punctual but a tad but expensive @ $300 (with a discount) to unplug a toilet for one of my tenants. Too bad I was out of town.

Forget the name of the guy that was sent but his work was efficient and great. As I have an older house he also quoted me for work that might need to be done in the future. Will recommend John the Plumbers services.

First, the online booking is so handy! Our plumber arrived on time and quickly assessed our issue and provided assurance on how to proceed. He also was able to quote and complete another small job while at our house. He explained everything, was very quick! Definitely going to use John the Plumber again.
