Kevin is awesome! I had a hot water tank leak. He arrived at my home in 2 hours and got a new tank installed in 1.5 hour. He is polite and professional. I feel lucky that I called him first.

Wow, I am so happy we called them. Kevin was able to do a service call the same afternoon that I called. Unfortunately the water tank needed to be replaced, but he double checked if it was still under warranty for me (it was not), then he even managed to pick up a new tank and have it installed the same day - all with a friendly and professional manner. We will use them for our house and business going forward and we will recommend them to anyone that asks. Thank you!!

I recently had Hippo Plumbing & Heating come out and get some things done to my apartment, and I was so impressed! They were prompt, professional, and explained everything clearly. We needed to have our bathtub faucet replaced and Kevin was very professional from first point of contact. We live in a strata building and all documentation required for a water shut-off was also met.
They were on time the day of the work, was very professional and efficient and the final bill was within the estimate we agreed upon.
