We're new home owners and we were so happy to put our trust in Ailley from HomeWise, she was very professional and kind. She explained everything in a way that we could understand and gave us great advice & peace of mind. The work was done efficiently and everyone we interacted with at the company was amazing. Absolutely amazing! We had an issue because of the age of the house but they found a crew to come in and they were about to get my hot water back up in no time!

I have rarely if at all posted a review on and individual or the company she represent, but once in a while, somebody goes above and beyond the norm and I was compelled to do so....this is a shout out to AILLEY a plumber from Homewise Plumbing in Sooke B.C. She was absolutely. amazing, so nice, knowledgeable and expedient in what she did! In a world where the majority of the younger generation really doesn't go the extra mile, I was so blown away by her willingness to do just that. Highly highly recommend Ailley and Homewise plumbing!

Dave went out of his way to help me over the phone step by step with a blocked drain. And on a Holiday no less. Incredible customer service and will be using Homewise for my future plumbing needs without hesitation!

These guys were very pleasant and good-natured team, who also proved to be highly efficient and competent in getting our very serious and complex plumbing issue, resolved! Their rates are quite competitive too! When I posted about our experience on social media, many other families agreed with us that they got excellent service from Dave and his team at Homewise!
