The appointment was booked, he showed up on time and had the repair to the fluid fill done in 30 minutes. Very polite and professional. This was for my elderly parent's house. I am not sure what Ottawa prices are like, but $80 in parts and 30 minutes work should not be $400, unless you're paying $300/hr (and that's including 30min travel time). I was expecting $250. So get a quote and check what parts they are replacing. Or maybe all of Ottawa is like this. Don't know.

Corey and Graham are super nice and helpful, and able to detect the leaks and replace the hose bib in two hours, including cutting the dry wall of basement ceiling and adding a valve to drain water and shut off to prevent winter freeze next time. I highly recommend them if you need a friendly professional to do any plumbing projects!

Corey and Graham were excellent to deal with. They did all the rough-ins and finishes for my bathroom. They also hooked up my new mechanical Equiptment. They were clean organized and I could tell they really cared about doing a good job. Everything looks great and works. I would recommend the lads to anyone. 10/10 will call them again .

The tech was able to come in about min 9 after a posted to their request. I was expecting a reply tomorrow but after 45 mins they came in, looked at the leaking pipe, gave a estimate and were able to perform the work in under 2 hours. ( even with asking for minor extra value change in the middle). it was costly for a simple repair but its was done well and with a 2 yrs warranty on all work
Would Recommend their service again.

I highly recommend B&W Plumbing to everyone looking for an expertise plumber. Graham arrived and found a leak on our check valve on our sump pump and fixed it as well as installing a battery backup system for our sump pump. He also fixed a very backed up drain on a pedestal sink. Graham was professional and very informative. The price was also very reasonable.

Highly recommend Corey and Graham for your plumbing needs. Professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. They responded quickly, the issues and causes were clearly explained and it was fixed effectively. The work was fairly priced, I would definitely call them again.

We had many long outstanding plumbing issues . When we called Corey and Graham they were very kind to come quickly to assess the situation and gave us an estimate promptly. They did an exceptional job. They both are knowledgeable in their trade. They have excellent customer service skills and made us feel comfortable with the work they completed. Thanks for all your kindness and generosity in this trying situation. Would definitely recommend B&W plumbing.

We had the pleasure of Graham switching out our toilet. He was very transparent with how the plumbers previously installed our old toilet and provided options on how to install our new one. We did not feel pressured at all with the services he quoted us. He did a great job with installing the new toilet and kept the work area clean. Would recommend!
