Had a great experience with Refined Home Services for a partial roof replacement and exterior repair! The overall process went very smooth despite delays working with my insurance. Nic demonstrated superb customer service and communication by always promptly returning calls, delivering quotes, providing updates, or simply checking in before the project kicked off. Care for my family & my home was their main concern; shown by responding quickly to patch the roof and routinely following up to ensure that no further damage was created. Scheduling was very quick and accomodating to my schedule. On project day everything went smoothly and on schedule. Cam arrived early with the dumpster, was professional, and kindly worked with me to find a location to place the dumpster with minimal disruption to the yard or parking availability which was much appreciated. The work crew worked impressively quick and took great care to minimize interference and my wife was able to work the whole time from our home office directly under the roof being replaced. Clean up was thorough and the final walkthrough with pictures of the work was in-depth and informational. I would absolutely recommend Refined Home Services for your next project!

This is a well-deserved review of Refined Home Services (RHS).

After getting four different quotes for a front porch rebuild, I chose RHS. For someone who can be extremely indecisive about even small decisions, choosing a contractor for a front-facing home upgrade was tough. So why did I ultimately choose RHS?

From the beginning, Nic was easy to work with. At the free consultation, he came prepared with deck samples and clear answers to all my questions. When it came time for the estimate, Nic was incredibly patient as I sent multiple emails with requests for adjustments. He went above and beyond, even working with Gino, the owner, to bring the project within my budget. The effort and professionalism Nic showed made me confident RHS was the right choice.

The installation was scheduled exactly a month later. The crew arrived promptly, and Nic stayed throughout the day to ensure everything went smoothly. They completed the job in just one day, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. I tend to be the type who inspects with a “white glove,” almost looking for flaws—but I couldn’t find a single one. Every cut was clean, everything level, nothing “off.” It looks perfect.

Working with Refined Home Services was the smartest decision we could have made when having our exterior door replaced in our three-season room. What was once an awkwardly installed storm door with angle pane glass and large gaps at the bottom ( allowing outside air to freely flow into the room at all times and making the room especially uncomfortable in the late fall, winter, and early spring), is now a beautiful exterior door that’s made to keep the outside air outside, and the room inside comfortable - even with much of the door being glass. The rep we worked with knew exactly what type of door and what type of glass we needed for the area we live in, knowing we wanted to use the three season room year round if at all possible. We were made aware of various options available to us, the pro and cons of each, and he insured that the new door ( as well as the framing and new storm door) would even match seamlessly with the exiting trim both on the inside ( with the only work needed being a single coat of clear stain on the trim surrounding the door) as well as the outside. Installation was a breeze and occurred within just days of the door arriving. The team who installed the door was courteous, mindful of our home, and professional every step of the way. Given our experience, I would highly recommend Refined Home Services to anyone needing exterior work done on their home who also wants a quality product, knowledgeable representatives, and a professional install team. When it’s time for our next exterior project, there’ no need to look anywhere else, I’ll be calling Refined Home Services again and again!

We recently had CertainTeed vinyl siding installed by Refined Home Services. And I am over the moon how it turned out!!! It is better than I could have imagined! The pricing was reasonable and the salesperson ( Dave) I worked with listened to my vision and implemented it perfectly. The workers on site were polite and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves prior to leaving for the day.At the same time- I also had RHS remove my old front porch and replace it with Trex decking and that is just stunning! I’m finally proud of where I live - no more cringing when I drive down the street!
