Impetus Plumbing and Heating provided outstanding service when we experienced an emergency with our main sewer line. From the moment we called, the company was responsive, professional, and quick to arrange assistance.
Mathias conducted a thorough inspection of our main sewer line and quickly identified the source of the problem. He accurately diagnosed the issue, located tree roots blocking the pipe, and professionally removed them, restoring the sewer line to proper working condition.
His expertise, efficiency, and clear communication throughout the process were outstanding.
I highly recommend Mathias to anyone in need of a reliable, knowledgeable, and skilled plumber. Excellent service and workmanship from start to finish. Well-deserved 5 stars!

We had impetus do a combination boiler replacement and replace a manifold valve on one of our heating circuits. Alvin and Jordan and their teams did great work for us. They ran into some difficulties because our utility room is very cramped but they honoured their quote and the final job was fantastic. They were easy to communicate with, punctual, professional and provided several photographs of the before and after aspects of the work they did. I would definitely work with impetus again if I needed more work done in the plumbing or heating systems of my home.

I'll soon be booking a third job with Impetus Plumbing. I was completely satisfied with their work in my apartment's kitchen and bathroom on two previous occasions. Mathias from Impetus Plumbing came to fix my backed up kitchen sink and did a great job. He was careful and paid good attention to detail as he first ascertained what the problem was and then set about fixing it. He also addressed an issue with my bathroom sink and it's now in great working condition. I am very happy with Mathias' service, and Impetus Plumbing.

Alvin and Jordan spent three hours patiently figuring out our problem and fixing it.
They were both friendly efficient and courteous.
All cleaned up after they were finished.
My husband and I would definitely call them if we have future problems.
