Sean was extremely helpful and informative when he worked on replacing my main water valve. During the inspection, he even let me know that the pipe the valve was on was not up to code, and helped me rectify it. Sean also waited for the city to turn my water back on, and inspected for leaks thoroughly. I definitely would contact Superior Plumbing again if I ever need to.

This company offers $ for 5 star reviews. I think its unethical and taints the review system.
The plumber came to run a camera in my wastewater pipes. To be fair, he was punctual, kind and professional and explained what we were seeing as the camera passed through. However, though he promised a written report and a copy of the videos later the same day, I didn't receive them until 5 days later. He also promised to prepare a quote for the work he believed would be needed. More than a week later, the company indicated they did not have the staff to complete the work and would not be able to provide an estimate of the costs.
These delays did not stop the company from calling and emailing me several times to offer a partial reimbursement on the fees paid if I wrote them a 5 star review.
Good reviews ought to be earned, not bought. I won't be relying on this company again.
