A wasted workday waiting all day only to have no one show up... I had to leave several messages and try to understand what had happened, only to receive bogus explanations and be offered a later date... Afterwards, I took the trouble to send a text message to indicate that I had managed to find someone in the meantime and that I no longer needed them for the scheduled date. No reply or confirmation... I assume the person received it since no one was there at the scheduled date and time. Quite a poor level of customer service and professionalism.
