Great experience. Called to have A/C unit serviced and checked. While doing the servicing noticed that there was a small amount of water on the ground. Found that a valve was leaking and was able to replace it while doing the servicing. Tech was very friendly and professional. Finished the servicing in a very timely manner around other workers that were changing out the roof. Will definitely have them come back to do any further servicing.

Our power-vented high efficiency hot water tank died and these guys were out the very next day with a replacement. These units are a bit difficult to find and tricky to install. They did a great job and removed the dead unit and all the associated debris as part of the price. I highly recommend them!

Caleb arrived early for our scheduled appointment which we were happy with. He tackled our hot water tank replacement first, then serviced the furnace. Both jobs were completed professionally and neatly and we were delighted with the results. Pleasant to deal with, detailed with his work - you cannot ask for more. From booking our appointment using the contact page to the service itself, High Water Plumbing and Heating were excellent to deal with. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Great service. Installed a Rinnai tankless hot water system and the install was on point. It is so clean and takes up a lot less space. Would recommend to everyone.
