I called Drain Pro on a Saturday and was surprised they were even open. The fellow who answered the initial call was efficient and helpful. They were able to schedule us the same day for a service which was amazing.
I am writing this before even being billed because I am so impressed by the whole transaction.
Open Saturday. Same day service. Wife was very comfortable as she was home alone. The job was done efficiently and even repaired another job she pointed out.
All done before I got home. Does it get any better?

I called Drain Pro out a little before Christmas for a blocked sewer that was backing up into our shower.
Tony came right on time, he was lovely and got that darn blockage out asap. He was friendly and explained everything to us simply and fully.
Unfortunately we have a bidet attachment that wasn't put back together firmly enough and caused a leak.
On boxing day Drain Pro came back out and fixed the leak (no extra charge). I can't quite remember the name of the gentleman that came back out (Mike maybe?) but he was wonderful as well!
All in they were still amazing. Even with the small hiccup I would highly recommend them.
Also they were affordable! Best rate I could personally find. If I have issues in the future I won't hesitate to call them up.

I am upgrading my rating and updating this review after speaking with the owner. He corrected the overbilling after returning from a trip out of town. I will update this review further when and if we get a chance to work with them again to see if I can return the 1 star I deducted for having to deal with this over a 2+ week period.
The effort and professionalism by their technician, Slater, would have earned them 5 stars if it wasn't for the difficulty convincing the staff of the overbilling.
Things you might want to know before engaging ANY Victoria plumbing company:
1. check their 1st hour rate to make sure you are aware of the upfront charges for them to pull up to your service call. They have expensive gear, well-trained technicians, certifications, and trucks/vans to carry all of that around as overhead so it isn't cheap.
2. consider how they automate their billing and ask your tech what the tally would be in case there is a discrepancy when you get billed. This company uses GPS billing so if their van is in your driveway, be aware of that and let the tech know to make any calls or adjustments.
3. They take your Visa up front so be sure to follow #2 or you may have a hard time correcting any issues. In fairness, ultimately, I was able to reach the owner of Drain Pro who was reasonable and friendly and made it right.
Be aware, to use certain tools, they charge an extra fee but the tech explained it well and left the decision to me. This was fair and transparent and I appreciated it.
We kept the work within the hour and he gave me a firm price to expect. Be sure to do this when working with any contractor. I do not believe Drain Pro intended any intentional overbilling.
I would work with Drain Pro again, especially since I know that the owner will take your call and correct any issues.
