Excellent service from start to finish. Communication was clear, the appointment was easy to set, and the plumber arrived exactly when scheduled. The issue was diagnosed and fixed on the spot, no delays or return visits needed. Everything was explained to me patiently and in detail so I understood exactly what the problem was and how it was resolved.

Roger is truly exceptional!! I had a problem with my sink where it wasn’t draining properly and he was able to fix it right up. Quick to respond, efficient, honest, and hilarious. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

Extremely professional and honest service. Even late at night, they were responsive and willing to help, taking the time to diagnose the issue with us over a video call. Although the problem couldn’t be resolved and we needed to go back to the original furnace company, they were upfront and kind enough not to charge so we wouldn’t waste money. Truly appreciated their integrity and care. We will definitely switch to their service!

I wish I could give Galaxy Plumbing 10 stars instead of 5! Roger and Sim were so helpful, fitting our toilet replacements in within a short time frame. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and Roger was always quick to respond by text. Sim did the replacements quickly and we couldn't be happier with the work. Highly recommend!

After almost a week of dishes piling up while trying to find a reputable plumber so close to the holidays, we finally have our kitchen sink back! 😃Roger was very quick to respond when we requested service and was able to send someone out on the next business day. Mickael was punctual, friendly, and professional. He immediately got to work and cleared the tough clog within the first hour.
