I was happy when I saw 2 work vans arrive together, they showed up in full force! There was an electrician and 2 plumbers to replace my hot water tank and they had it all done in about 2 hours and they did a great job and they were also friendly and polite. Thank you for doing a great job.

I recently had a whole-home humidifier installed by Francis Home Environment and overall I’m satisfied with the experience.
The installation was handled by Chan, who was professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the setup, worked neatly, and made sure everything was functioning properly before leaving. The workmanship was clean and well done.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that during the sales discussion, I was told the humidifier would be integrated with my Nest thermostat. Unfortunately, that wasn’t possible at installation time due to wiring limitations, and I had to go with the manual controller instead. That means I’ll need to adjust humidity levels manually based on outdoor temperature, which is a bit of a hassle during Ottawa winters.
That said, the installation quality itself was solid, and Chan did a great job. With clearer communication during the sales stage, this would have easily been a 5-star experience.

Moe came was extremely interested in solving the issue. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was in place for me to get my water and heat back up as soon as possible. He was highly skilled and very knowledgeable and very articulate in explaining everything. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing this kind of service.
