We had a serious plumbing issue and City Rooter responded promptly. I was given regular updates as the problem was assessed. Once the remedy was proposed and agreed to, City Rooter took all the steps required, including locating any utility lines, before beginning a major project to install a new cleanout pipe in front of our home. They were punctual, professional and thorough, and they did a great job cleaning up the work site before they left.

Alex was highly professional and responsive. He understood the urgency of the situation and arranged a same-day appointment. He completed the work efficiently, thoroughly cleaned the drain, and used a camera inspection to ensure the issue was fully resolved. Excellent service and attention to detail. I had a fantastic experience with CityRooter Plumbing and Drain. Alexei and his team were professional from start to finish. They carefully installed two new toilets and took the time to walk me through the best options for our home.
They arrived promptly, were very respectful of our space, and cleaned up everything once the job was done—they even carried the heavy old toilets outside for us! Thank you for the terrific work and the top-notch service. Highly recommended!
