Speaking on behalf of a service provided for a site I oversee. David was incredibly helpful when he came in for a diagnostic inspection for our newly installed boiler.

Another plumbing organisation provided us a very poor service and rushed an installation of a 75. Gallon Commercial Water Boiler. After noticing problems a month in they went silent when asking for a follow-up service.

No other Plumber we had in could figure out the issues.

With a quick call, Moe’s Customer Service rep set me up with an account and booked me in for their next available slot.

Davis was great at communicating his arrival, and within 5 minutes had found the issues that 2 other plumbers from other orgs could not. Payment was fair and efficient, and next steps set-out including following up with permits and warranty for our boiler unit.

Upon the initial callout, a repair slot was scheduled efficiently and, clearly invoiced. Whole process was carried out with very little admin on my side. Arrived with the necessary parts and tools for the job. Kirsty was incredibly helpful throughout this process over comms and Davis on-site.

Aidan Dussault was very friendly and did a great job fixing my issue with hot water tank and even went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and why. I’m an older lady and he was so helpful even offering to vacuum up water and helped me set up a fan to dry things up! Highly recommend Moe’s Plumbing and Drainage company. They saved me from further water damage and helped me with peace of mind that no further water would leak out until fixing issue or replacing and even sent me price lists for replacement tank.

Hiring Moe’s Plumbing was an amazing experience. Right from the start this company had amazing communication skills. Starting with a quick return call from my online appt request. (I am still waiting for two other companies to call me back). There were text and email reminders. Our technician, Austin, was professional and kind. He provided lots of knowledge and tips. A clear, detailed, quote was provided and the work was completed on the same day. They do not cut corners and do a very thorough job. Extra care was taken to clean the area after the work was completed. We will definitely call them again and recommend to neighbours, family and friends. Thank you!

This was my first experience dealing with Moe's Plumbing Drainage & Heating. From my initial phone call to completion, I couldn't have had a better experience. The service was excellent. Austin and Aiden were friendly and knowledgeable. Although they were met with a few challenges, they weren't leaving the job until it was completed to their satisfaction. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend Moe's to anyone looking for prompt and efficient service.

We had Austin from Moe’s Plumbing come out, and he was absolutely awesome! On the first day, he spent a couple of hours working desperately to locate our water main. Instead of guessing, he called the right people, took all the right steps, and clearly advised me on exactly what needed to happen next.
