I can’t say enough great things about Drain Express! From the moment I called, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and got the job done quickly and efficiently.
The plumber was knowledgeable and took the time to make sure the issue was fully resolved—not just a quick fix. The work area was left spotless, and the pricing was fair with no surprises.

I needed a basement drain rough in done for a two piece bathroom and laundry room. I called Drain Express which was the first company I found through an internet search. Mike showed up to look at my project and sent me a quote the next morning. I backed checked the quote through a couple of people and the price checked out to be fair market value. I just felt comfortable being a tradesman myself that Mike knew what he was talking about. His crew showed up early on the scheduled day by about one hour which I thought was amazing. His crew was professional, clean and well organized. They did an excellent job in a very timely manner and cleaned up after themselves like they were never even there. I gave them five stars because even though I have high expectations they exceeded them. I highly recommend them for this type of residential work.
