Called on the weekend because I had a small leak in an elbow joint. They said they could come out so I waited. Guy shows up does a 13 min inspection. Takes a couple pics and calls the office to get a quote. Comes back and says its gonna be 1250 dollars to replace 2 elbow joints and a shut off valve but they'd wave the inspection fee if I agreed to the work then tells me they can't even fix it that day. If someone calls on the weekend its an emergency so don't even send someone if you can't fix it that day. Anyways I called Karmac and they came instead and had it all fixed in about 20 minutes for a total including inspection of only 536 dollars. So Superior is obviously price gouging their customers.

Scott is very knowledgeable and quickly assessed my plumbing requirements. I was not aware that I needed a new pressure tank and the size of the old one was not adequate to do the job. Scott was able to logically explain how to determine the deteriorated state of the former tank and explained that it was basically too small to satisfy also my water needs. I would recommend Scott and Superior Plumbing to ky acquaintances.

Excellent plumbing service from Drew and Adam. They replaced my home's outdoor faucet with a frost free faucet, and valve, added valves for my washing machine, and replaced outdoor gas valve for future outdoor barbecue. Am also hiring them for water softener.
Also, Cedric and Christian came to install a water softener, washroom sink faucet and iron filter for my home. They were on time, professional and did excellent work. Will hire Superior Plumbing again if needed. Thank you again!

Had an issue with our kitchen sink draining really slowly. They came out the same day and cleared the blockage quickly. The plumber was friendly, explained what caused it, and gave a few tips to prevent it from happening again. Really happy with the service.

Had a really great experience with Superior Plumbing in Belleville. The technician showed up on time, was friendly, and took the time to explain what was going on instead of just jumping straight into the repair. The work was done quickly and everything was cleaned up before he left. It’s nice dealing with a company that’s professional but still easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Belleville area who needs plumbing help!
