We had arsenic and other contaminants in our water. Several companies gave us conflicting information, and this whole process caused us a lot of headaches. But Raymond was always incredibly patient in answering my many questions, and everything went smoothly with the installation (they even installed our new hot water tank!). The end result? No more arsenic! Thank you to the whole team! 🎉🥳

Our experience was simply fantastic across the board! From the in-store representative (Raymond) to the technician (Jacob). They followed up diligently and were ultimately able to provide us with odorless, drinkable water (we have very complex well water). We really appreciated their dedication to finding a solution for us, as well as their expertise. An honest team whose goal is not to make us spend money on equipment that is not necessary for our situation.
