Results were good. Kevin and apprentice were friendly and helpful. I would like a more detailed invoice that breaks down the labour and parts. All that was given was an offer to join the Canpro club and the cost.

Cannot recommend enough. Excellent quality service, efficient, friendly, great communication from the initial email and phone call to the in-person estimate. Logan visited today to diagnose and fix our upstairs toilet. He was kind, quick, and efficient and got the job done with little to no trouble. Booking online was super simple and the helpful reminders via text were great to make sure we didn’t miss out on updates and service windows. Highly recommend using this company for plumbing needs in the Barrie and Orillia area!

We had a leak under our bathroom vanity. We replaced the vanity and our daughter and her husband suggested that we call Nathan
and Mason to come to our home to hook up a new vanity for us. When we called to book an appointment we were very surprised that they would come the next day and give us a quote to have the work done. When they came and gave us quote, we said yes and they did the work immediately.
We then asked about having a
water softener installed. Nathan took measurements and gave us a quote for the softener. Since spacing in our home is small he checked on a couple of different units. He got back to us right away. Nathan and Mason, after calling us came back within a few days and installed the water softener. We were really pleased with the work they did.
They were a great team,were very efficient and explained the workings of the softener.
We will continue to use their services from now on.
Totally satisfied!!!
