What an AMAZING team of people.
I had an appointment set for noon today (Aug.7,2026) I received a call just after 10am asking if they could come earlier....oh absolutely I thought 😊.
Nathan and Masen showed up checked my problem and gave me 2 options with the flat rate prices.
Nathan definitely has the patience of a saint to do this job and trust me this job turned out to be HUGE!
Both Nathan and Masen are very professional, explain everything that's happening, possible solutions but best of all they work well together and are very personable. I don't know about anyone else, but when someone enters your home to do a job, I like to talk to them to make them and myself comfortable. These two men are so relaxed because they know their job so well, that there's no uneasy feeling!
This was the third time having a plumber to my home in one and a half yrs. and I've only lived here for four years. In my opinion, it's just unfortunate that I have to pay for other people's negligence through the years.
I also like the fact that they put a camera down the pipes when they're done, just to make sure the clog is gone. My kitchen sink pipes are basically brand new now, I saw how clean they were looking at the screen from the camera (mind you I got the jetting option) it was a bit expensive, but well worth it if you have a serious blockage like I did. Snaking alone like the other plumbers did, was just a temporary fix and didn't even reach the main blockage that was at least 45ft down. For the price of 2 plumbers that came here, I could have just had one.
I shouldn't have to see a plumber for yrs to come, which will also save me money 🤑
I'm sorry this is such a long review. I could go on but, I won't!
I just want to thank Nathan and Masen for a job well done and wish I had of called you the first time.

We are extremely pleased with the level of service we received today from Nathan and Mason at Canpro plumbing!!! They were both very professional, efficient and friendly! Results were good. Kevin and apprentice were friendly and helpful. I would like a more detailed invoice that breaks down the labour and parts. All that was given was an offer to join the Canpro club and the cost.

Cannot recommend enough. Excellent quality service, efficient, friendly, great communication from the initial email and phone call to the in-person estimate. We had a leak under our bathroom vanity. We replaced the vanity and our daughter and her husband suggested that we call Nathan
and Mason to come to our home to hook up a new vanity for us. When we called to book an appointment we were very surprised that they would come the next day and give us a quote to have the work done. When they came and gave us quote, we said yes and they did the work immediately.
We then asked about having a
water softener installed. Nathan took measurements and gave us a quote for the softener. Since spacing in our home is small he checked on a couple of different units. He got back to us right away. Nathan and Mason, after calling us came back within a few days and installed the water softener. We were really pleased with the work they did.
They were a great team,were very efficient and explained the workings of the softener.
We will continue to use their services from now on.
