I had an outstanding experience with Water Pros Plumbing. My basement flooded on Father’s Day, and despite this special day, David (also a father), from Water Pros Plumbing, came to my home at 8 PM, shortly after my call, to install a temporary sump pump. This responsive action prevented what could have been a major disaster. He also provided a Shop Vac to help remove the water. The following morning, he installed a new sump pump quickly and efficiently.
Responsive, reliable, and extremely helpful. I have absolutely no reservations in highly recommending Water Pros Plumbing.

Called Water Pros Plumbing because we needed our hot water tank installed. David was able to fit us in and we are very happy! He showed up on time as promised, communication and pricing was great. He also found time to complete an extra job and we now have a functioning sink in our basement bathroom. All completed in a timely manner. He was very professional and efficient. If you have any plumbing needs, give David a call. You won't be disappointed! 😁

I had a problem with my hot water tank one thursday night. I called several companies and none was able to send a technitian before monday. I found Water Pros plumbing after a Google search and I talked directly with a technician (David) who immediately scheduled a visit on saturday. He explained possible causes of the problem, solutions and improvements to the system. Reasonable pricing, fast solution and quality job. Totally recommended!

I recently hired David for a leaking drain pipe and was genuinely impressed with the service. He quickly diagnosed the issue,and clearly explained what needed to be done before starting any work.
What stood out most was his professionalism and honesty. There was no attempt to upsell unnecessary repairs, just straightforward advice and fair pricing. The work has held up perfectly since the visit, and I haven’t had any issues.
I would definitely recommend David to anyone looking for reliable and a trustworthy service!
