Mitchell was a very polite young man. The work was done in Sept/25 and I just received the invoice Nov. 19/25 stating that is was due Nov. 19/25. I do believe I have 30 days before interest should be added on. I found the bill to be very high and coming just before Christmas was rather upsetting. I will be paying in 3 payments on the first of the next 3 months.

The staff at SDR were very quick to respond to our initial call of no water. Within 2 hours Nicki had arranged for Shawn to be onsite to assess our situation. He spent many hours tirelessly trying to remedy the situation but due to a leak in a very long line, it was determined we needed to seek alternate means to address our issue. A new well was to be drilled and they worked side by side with a local well drilling company to restore water to our home. We cannot express enough how grateful we are to have called on this company to help us. Everyone was so courteous, understanding and willing to go above and beyond to improve our situation. We highly recommend SDR for all your plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with SDR, specifically with Shawn, Travis, and Mitchell. They were all professional from start to finish—prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. It’s not always easy to find reliable plumbing and heating services, but this company always delivers. I highly recommend them and will continue using their services if needed.

I have to give SDR a five star rating for the service that I received. Upon making contact I was given a time the service people would arrive. They were on time and brought all the products they needed to replace my water pressure tank. Both service people were very efficient and did not waste any time. They replaced the pressure tank and were very careful that everything was cleaned up and the system was working at 100% efficiency. I appreciated the good service and experienced professionals that did this job. I thought it might be a job I could
DIY but after watching these people do the work I realized that it was much better and probably cheaper to hire the pros to do it.
The price I felt was also reasonable and the products they installed were of excellent quality.
