Great professional service was provided to repair the fridge water supply line. Even though they arrived later than planned, I was kept informed along the way. It was an easy process booking an online request form, but it did take 5 days before they had time. I will keep them in mind for future use!

Highly recommend Norm’s Plumbing and Heating! The service was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was completed efficiently and the quality was excellent with no mess left behind.
It’s hard to find companies these days that are this reliable and customer-focused. Fair pricing, great communication, and genuinely friendly service. You can tell they really care about doing the job right.
I’ll definitely be using Norm’s Plumbing and Heating again and recommending them to friends and family!

Norms plumbing and heating was fast , next day service , Graham called and showed up 1 hr early , he was knowledgeable and professional left no trace he was there except for a new water tank.
I would not hesitate to recommend this family owned company.

The installation team was very friendly and did an excellent job. We recommend Norm’s for Fair pricing and discounts offered. They offered a good solution for our heating system, checked air returns and vents for flow and made the required modifications to ensure the system would run at optimal efficiency.

The guys from Norms Plumbing and Heating who did the heat pump installation for me were very professional. They knew what they were doing every step of the way. They worked well together as a team. They were friendly and polite. The electrician from Demar was also friendly and professional.
I was very pleased with the job they did. I would defiantly recommend them all for heat pump installations.
