Fantastic company. We had an emergency and Frank called us back within minutes of our leaving a message and was at our house quickly as promised. The problem was rectified rapidly and he gave us great advice. And while we expected to have to clean the bathroom afterwards, we really appreciated that Frank took care of that for us as well. This is indeed the company you want to call - emergency or not!!!!

Probably the best Plumbery experience I ever have. Quick and efficient and the quote is reasonable.
At first, they tried to fix the problem but the water was frozen so they couldn't verify the leaking and it started to leak again 2 weeks after. They came back and repaired it with no cost.
David was professional even though he was a trainee and Massimo was also good despite the fact he couldn't fix totally the problem. Highly recommend.

I had water backing up from my sink and washing machine, and they were able to get here in less than 2 hours.
Michael was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to resolve the issue and also replaced a leaking trap.
Would recommend!

I had an exceptional experience with Stefano from Plomberie Urgence Montréal and can’t recommend him highly enough!! From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he takes a great deal of pride in his work and brings a level of professionalism and care that is truly rare.
What stood out the most was Stefano’s remarkable work ethic. He approached every part of the job with patience, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things properly rather than rushing through. It’s incredibly reassuring to have someone in your home who treats the work as if he were doing it for his own family!!
Stefano is also extremely patient and generous with his explanations. I had a lot of questions (and some that probably weren’t very technical!), and he took the time to answer each one clearly and respectfully. He never made me feel rushed or embarrassed for not understanding plumbing terminology. Instead, he made sure I truly understood what was happening, why an issue occurred, and what the options were. This level of transparency and communication built a lot of trust.
On top of being knowledgeable and hardworking, Stefano is genuinely kind, respectful, and easy to talk to. He creates a sense of comfort and calm during situations that are usually stressful. He checked in with me throughout the process, made sure I felt informed and reassured, and handled everything with professionalism and empathy.
I wholeheartedly recommend Stefano for anyone needing plumbing services. If you’re looking for someone who is not only talented at what he does but also treats you with kindness and respect, Stefano is absolutely the person you want.
