They replied my email inquiry in a promptly manner, operation manager then came to my house to inspect & to provide quotation with clear & friendly explanation, eventually the technicians came to perform the flawless water main replacement.

Having a 101-year-old house, I was worried a sub-slab basement leak was going to be a massive headache. It definitely wasn't a routine fix, but Drain Master sent the perfect technician for the job. Igor arrived and went straight to work. His "get-to-the-bottom-of-this" attitude and the company's realistic budgeting gave me immediate peace of mind. A dry basement slab makes for a happy basement suite, and that’s exactly what we have now thanks to Igor and his team. If you have a broken or leaking pipe—above or underground—I highly recommend Drain Master. Keep up the great work!

Had a problem that I was quoted 10K-20K for by a competitor and that it would take days to do. I called Drain Master and they sent Igor who fixed the issue for less than 10% of that quote that very morning. I highly recommend this company. Life saver.

We had a pipe burst Friday night, water overflow in the lawn, called the city staff to turn off the water main, and it turned out it's our pipe, not the service line broke. It all happened right before Christmas, and Tyler came on the next day morning, Saturday. And the crew came on the following Monday and had the water back!! Really appreciated the hard work so our family can have water to enjoy the holiday season.
