I've had impetus come fix issues several times over the past few year. I'm always impressed by these guys. Fast and they explain what they're doing as they go. Today Mathias came to fix a clogged drain. He did a great job and he even came back to fix an issue that was caused by the original builder that we didn't notice until after the fact. Very much appreciated!

This is my second time having them to look at my toilet/kitchen. Albin and Jordan came to fix a very severe 😅 toilet clog this time. I’m saying severe because the first machine they brought wasn’t enough, so they went back to bring another one they even took out the toilet and made sure the job was done properly. They explained the situation clearly, even showed me pictures of the cause, and also checked the garburator for me too. Their thorough work and friendly attitude made the whole experience really reassuring. Highly recommend.

Darryl from Impetus plumbing had done shower faucet replacement for my bathroom. He did an excellent job from start to finish and clean up perfectly.
First impression from Darryl was he sent me a text message on service day before he arrive.
After he arrived, he review work order, listen my questions patiently and provide suggestions from his strong knowledge in plumbing industry.
I highly recommend Darryl and Impetus plumbing to people, need to resolve plumbing issue.

Darryl was professional and efficient, my tenants had high praises for him. He did a replacement of the sink pipes for my suite, it was done efficiently and he gave me a call afterwards summarizing what was done and what to be mindful of for future maintenance.

Alvin and Mathias did a fantastic job with replacing and installing our hot water tank as well additional work such as shut off valves and PVR replacement. Alvin is very patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. They have everything cleaned up after the work is finished. We are very happy with the professional and exceptional service all round.
