Not impressed. 6 year old a/c unit needed repair for second time since purchase. Quotes of 3-4K to repair with no guarantee. A good chunk towards a new one. Unacceptable that a unit this old should be breaking down so soon. Will be going elsewhere from now on. Just lost a customer of 25 years. The only positive was Marvin was very friendly. Hold nothing against him just doing his job.

After numerous calls and arguments for 6 months with the original installer, who kept saying that the heatpump worked as it should after it broke down, there was only luke warm air coming out of the vents ,we went to Brown's plumbing for a 2nd opinion. The original installer told us to get a 2nd opinion but that the result should be the same anyway.
Cameron came out a couple days later.
Checked a couple things out and told us that he came back as soon as the outside temp was around 15C to check the pumps coolant/heating liquid. That has to be done with that temp to get a good reading.
2 weeks later he was back.
Checked more things and told us that the setting in the air handler was partly wrong and the pump liquid was to low.
He corrected everything and now the heating/cooling is perfect and exactly what it should be, nice warm air. Thx you Cameron and Brown comp.

We've had browns in twice now and both techs were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with.
Both arrived with solutions and materials to achieve those solutions.

Brown’s Plumbing and Heating is an amazing company that we will refer to all our family, friends and neighbors.
We made an initial contact back in Nov 2025 to deal with a drainage issue in our basement. After consulting with Brown’s rep we realized we would have to do some major “concrete” work to fix the problem. We decided to do a bathroom renovation at the same time.
We received a visit from Koby who acted as our project manager and provided us a full scope of work with costs. The experience was wonderful. Koby arranged permits and subcontractors.
Everyone we worked with had skills of the highest quality and a pleasure to have in our home. Koby and the entire Brown’s staff delivered what was promised, and the attention to detail was awesome.
Each employee let us know that our business was appreciated.

I had a great experience with Brown's Plumbing and Heating.They were very responsive with the initial quote. I got the estimation in less than 24 hours after visiting. During the first visit and installation guys were wearing protective covers on shoes.They tried really hard to install the boiler in one day. The work was done neatly and they were respectful of my property. They covered by fabric all the way from entrance to the place where job had to be done. All main actions were agreed before doing them.After the installation Ryan explained how it works clearly and answered all my questions.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional installation service.
