I called Black Forest a few days ago for an emergency plumbing repair after regular business hours. My phone call was answered immediately, and they were able to send a technician within an hour.
Todd was the technician that arrived to perform the plumbing work. Todd was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He completed the repair smoothly and very quickly.
I will definitely call Black Forest again for any future plumbing work.

So grateful to Black Forest plumbing. Matthew and Wes were amazing. Polite, professional and understanding of our situation. They were efficient and knew exactly what needed to be done. Plugged kitchen sink pipe. Called Black Forest and they were very responsive. The plumber arrived on-time and worked to assess the issue. He used a snake multiple times and diagnosed that it was grease that was plugging the line. Following multiple attempts to clear the line with a snake he recommended another visit to add another cleanout in the line.
He arrived a couple of days later and installed the additional cleanout. He tried snaking the pipe multiple times again but no change. The snake would make it through but the plug did not change. He said the only option might be setting up an additional service for a hydro jet service.
I called another plumbing company and they arrived and assessed the same line. They said a snake would be of no use what-so-ever and used a chain snake with a grease cutting head and fully cleared the line in an hour.
Unfortunately Black Forest did not have the right tool for the job and I ended up paying $1000 plus for no solution.
Would not recommend...
