Alan from Mario Plumbing & Heating provided excellent service. He was very conscientious throughout the entire process. He called ahead to let me know that he was running a bit late, which I really appreciated. He did a great job and his pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely use him again.

Alan is incredibly responsive and offers very reasonable pricing. I contacted him about an issue with my water tank, and he immediately impressed me with how knowledgeable and helpful he was. My water tank is a customized model designed specifically for a townhouse and can only be purchased from certain suppliers. Alan managed to locate one in stock within half an hour!
Even more impressive, he came to my tenant’s place in the evening to take measurements and returned the very next day to complete the installation. Thanks to his efficiency and dedication, we were able to restore hot water during the cold winter.
We truly appreciate his hard work, professionalism, and commitment to helping his customers. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Alan was very friendly & was available to come & fix our plumbing problems late on a Sunday. Very professional, knowledgeable & worked hard on a difficult to access drain & got the job done. Would definitely call him first next time I need a plumber.

Alan did such a great job replacing my hot water tank right away after it decided to pack up. He gave excellent advice on what I should do whether going electric or staying with the gas made me comfortable with the decisions I was making. He didn’t push me in any particular direction and he even took a cut in his labor pay because he was quoted an amount a few months back and that amount for the hot water tank increased by quite a considerable amount and he ate that which is a real man of honor to do that.
I run my own business and these kind of things happen to me when I have events and the food Cost go up. I don’t pass it on to the customer I eat it. It’s one of the more difficult things to do.
But at the end of the day, he did absolute standup job and having that wonderful hot water back is such a relief because it’s two days before Christmas merry Christmas Alan excellent job Mario Plumbing you truly live up to the “name”, lol :-)
Lowe is the old one and then next on the right is the new one out with the Old Inn with the new!

These guys literally saved my day!! Alan did a perfect job on my kitchen sink. I was previously dissapointed by a big plummer company here in Burnaby, they rejected to replace my old sink claiming that it would be an impossible work for them,. Not only are they super punctual, approached a difficult project (replacing my old sink & faucet with a different model one) with positivity, he put so much effort and care into making it fit and look perfect. Very reliable guys, I would definitely recommend them and work with them again in the future.
