Really disappointed in this company. Called them to see about getting some work done. I was told Kent would be the guy to discuss it with. Was told he would call me back. Expected a call back later that day. Nope. Waited a day, nothing. Waited another day, nope. Kent is WAY too busy. Waited a third day - still nothing. Called again, essentially told the same thing. Waited three more days before I finally got a call back and spoke to the legend himself. Discussed the project, sent Kent an email with pictures and a video of what I needed and was told that he would get right back to me. Waited 5 weeks without any response. Sent wonderboy Kent an email thanking him for nothing and got a NEAR IMMEDIATE reply apologizing for the delay and an acknowledgement that he understands if I want to give my job to another company. I see the poor reviews which pretty much say the same thing I experienced go back at least a couple years. "Action" is a misnomer for this outfit. I advise people to skip these guys. I guess it is good to be an in-demand service provider. Too bad they don't actually give any.

Both the technicians are awesome that came to my house in Alix. They were patient and the office worked with me while I went and found the part and sent technician right away. I would definitely recommend Action to others and I will be calling them again for my troubled heating needs again. Thank you guys!!

Action plumbing came ama replaced our hot water tank. The professionalism of this company is above par. Clean and very accommodating. Extremely efficient at their job. Thank you for your hard work. Will recommend.

Both times Derrick has provided excellent service when he has come out to my rural property to service a drinking water system and fix a hot water issue. He is very patient and kind and is really good at explaining the issues and teaching how to fix if problem reoccurs. Highly recommend Action and Derrick for any plumbing or heating issues.

The service was great in the past but I have called several times this year in need of service and can’t get a call back. This is exactly why people get services out of Red Deer as they are more reliable than dealing local. Sincerely, I hope your business has continued success as you obviously don’t need mine. Would not recommend.

Excellent service Dean and Kent are both amazing to deal with! Kent took the time to answer all my questions prior to the job and was super helpful. Dean did the installation of our new hot water tank and was super fast and cleaned up everything! Great people and company.
