Had sewer backup issues and right away after contacting them about this issue, Alexis got back to me right away! She was great and made it easy for someone to come and fix it for me! Called Apollo Plumbing to arrange a water line for our fridge on short notice due to my own poor planning. Two days later they had sent Anthony who had done a clean and excellent job. Heck, even better than excellent!
If you have the option, request Anthony when booking with Apollo!

Apollo plumming is worth going to for your business, Connor and his partner Matt, were friendly, down to earth, professional and knolegable. when Biff came out to check out to apprais the work and what needed done. He was respectful, kind, professional and personable. He'll tell you how it is and what needs to be done with out the extra nonsense you sometimes get from a typical sales person.
Overall, for whoever is reading this, if there is one thing you can take from this review is that if you need to call a plumbing company to do an exchange of a hot water tank
These guys should be your first call.

I was extremely impressed with the technician named Anthony, who came to my home to install the new dishwasher we bought. From the moment he arrived, he demonstrated professionalism and expertise. Anthony was courteous and had a kind demeanour, which made the whole experience pleasant.
He noticed the cracks in the pipes under the sink. Anthony replaced them with new pipes and explained the process he followed for the replacement. Throughout the job, he worked efficiently, ensuring that everything was done correctly and to a high standard. He also took the time to answer my questions and address any concerns I had, which I greatly appreciated.
The quality of his work was exceptional. Anthony made sure to clean up the area before leaving. I was thoroughly satisfied with his work ethic and the promptness of his service. I will definitely recommend others and look forward to using this company again in the future whenever I need additional plumbing services.
