Our main floor shower recently started leaking into the basement. Conor came out the very next day and was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in explaining all of his findings.
He replaced the shower drain and trap efficiently, managing to cut only one minimal hole in the drywall, which will easily be covered by an access panel. I will definitely be using this company in the future, and I highly recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Old houses are a nightmare and this job might have scared some plumbers off—black hole type of old basement. But not this plumber from Jumbo! It’s all in a day’s work for Ethan. He worked for five hours solid and basically redid the whole system. I don’t know how he got behind the monster furnace to run new pipes, but he did it. He did everything he quoted and then some. Great company, JUMBO, no waiting, they had Ethan here the next day, seriously talented plumber. Absolutely awesome 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Came early Saturday morning, quickly diagnosed our issue and made the necessary repairs. He thoroughly tested the fix and he kept the repair site neat and clean which we really appreciate.

Excellent service from Jumbo Plumbing from start to finish replacing our sewage injector pump. They offered quick same-day service, and the technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly explained the work while improving the system’s efficiency. I also appreciated receiving his photo and credentials beforehand by email. He cleaned up thoroughly and removed the old pump. Highly recommend Jumbo Plumbing!!
