Have an old furnace in a trailer thar was leaking gas. Gave them a call and as others have said the communication wasnt great but i have to say the workmanship was great. Came in took the gas valve with him to fix in the shop as there were extra parts needed brough it back the next day and had it installed and running with 15 minutes.

Furnace wasn't kicking in so they came and worked on it for just about 2 hours and billed or the 2 hours (fair). He said they could return to add a limit switch and it would take 2 minutes to switch out. Sure enough it took less than 5 minutes and they charged an additional $100. The problem is this didn't fix the furnace!
Frustrated after giving them $400 I played around with it myself and after a google search discovered the thermocouple was at a bad angle with the flame, quick adjustment fixed it.
I called their office and explained this, it didn't sit right with me. She said she would talk to the owner and get back to me and never did. I've probably told this story a dozen times but I feel its only fair to post it here so they are aware.

An after hours phone call got my furnace going again as Jonathan talked me and a friend through the trouble-shooting. He was very knowledgeable and patient. The best.

Top notch service, Nathan came out the same day and fixed our old heater that heats our well room. The man worked a miracle since that heater looks worse for wear. From the nice friendly reception lady to Nathan that got the heat going again, we truly appreciate such good service. I highly recommend this place.
