On Again Bruin’s has consistently delivered exceptional service. We recently had Dave McGill as our technician for a plumbing issue, and once again, we were extremely impressed with the quality of service provided.

Dave was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and highly professional throughout the entire process. Although the plumbing issue was quite challenging, he quickly identified the problem, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair efficiently and to a very high standard.

What stood out most was Dave’s attention to detail and his commitment to ensuring everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. The pricing was fair, communication was excellent, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free.

Have to give a shout out to Bruins .. Thank You for the great service!! Sunday night we realized the hot water tank was leaking .. called Bruins first thing Monday morning. They came out right away that morning with two trucks and determined tank needed to be replaced . They gave me a quote right away and had a tank in stock they were able to replace with that same day ! I was very impressed with their service and the new set up they provided . Jody was the technician and worked hard to get it all installed and up and running for me .. the same day service was Greatly appreciated! Would recommend them to anyone needed services .. 5 stars all the way !!

I recently had Bruin’s Plumbing & Heating Ltd. complete several upgrades at my home and had a great experience from start to finish.

They installed a new Toto Drake elongated toilet, a Moen hand-shower with slide bar, and completed some important work on my garage floor heating system (including new gauges, expansion tank, and relief valve). Everything was done professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail.

The team was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Pricing was fair and clearly communicated, with no surprises.

Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of work and would definitely recommend Bruin’s Plumbing & Heating Ltd. to anyone looking for reliable and skilled plumbing services.

Great customer service. We had a kitchen sink issue for a few months, I tried all to unplug it and it worked for some time and then have issues again - it was not possible to clean dishes without having both sinks completely filled with water..
We had David McGill servicing our plumbing, and sure thing the job was not easy - it took a few hours to clean the piping, renovate the system and make it all work again as new. The reality is cruel and the bill was enormous and unexpected, but the job was done, issue removed - happy wife, happy life.
Sadly after a week we had the stubborn sink starting to plugging again. Unexpectedly when contacted we were treated with respect and care, our technician came again and remove the issue, showing the ways of keeping it in working order in future. I was treated very well and fell satisfied with great service and outstanding customer care.
Recommend to friends David McGill and Bruins Plumbing when you need help with residential or even commercial plumbing systems.
