It was a cold snap and -35°C out. My furnace kicked out while I was at work I came home to an icebox.
I called around a number of companies could not make it till the next day.
They sent out Justin he was professional got my heat on. My family stayed warm that night. Thanks Justin.

After paying over $500 have the boiler serviced, it continued to need to be reset. After more than a month of having to reset it, it finally wouldn’t reset. I was without hot water but was told they wouldn’t come to fix it for a week. When I told them it was unreasonable to go without hot water for a week that I would get someone else to fix it and let them pay the bill they refused.
