The owner was so helpful finding an odd part for my outdoor no freeze taps which were 32 years old. She found exactly what I needed and gave me excellent advice as to how all the parts came apart on my old tap. Incredible amount of parts they have on hand, I highly recommend them.

Just finishing a DYI beer bar and I needed a pipe housing for the beer tap. The Chinese tap had wierd dimensions so had to problem shoot. Jeremy was in the shop and super helpful making some great suggestions on how to rig the beer tap. We finally came up with a great solution. Jeremy cut the pipe and threated it for me, a great help. Both he and his Mom were very helpful, polite, and just great people. They have an amazing inventory of plumbing supplies. Couldn't be happier with their assistance and the final outcome of my project. Shop local!! Thank you!

A bit more costly than other stores however they have a wide selection of parts and most likely have what you need and are willing to do more to make everything a smooth experience
