What a great company! We called about two failed sump pumps, and they were able to send someone out right away to replace them. The technician who came out was so professional, smart, kind, and friendly. He explained everything very clearly and was extremely considerate about ensuring that he kept everything clean. He figured out a clever way to get all the water out without running hoses through our house, which was appreciated because we didn't want any extra work or mess. The sump pump installation and replacement work was done at the highest quality standards. At the end of the job, he cleaned up the work area to be absolutely spotless. I will definitely be calling Jetco for all our future plumbing and heating needs.
Update: I forgot to mention that the price was surprisingly reasonable. For the service call and replacement of two sump pumps it was around $650. I honestly expected it to be much more.
Update #2: had them out again today to repair a leaky toilet. Excellent job again. Identified and solved the problem quickly, no mess, great cleanup, friendly service, excellent price.

I find their pricing is higher than their competitors but, I’ve consistently had positive experiences with Jetco Mechanical. Their service quality and workmanship have always been reliable, and I’ve never had to request a return visit to address any issues.

Jordan did a great job fixing our furnace. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running properly before he left. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about providing excellent service. I really appreciate the effort he put in to get our heat back up and running. Highly recommend Jordan for anyone needing furnace repair!

Matthew made repairs on my Navien water heater. He was professional in the way he carried himself. He first explained what the issue was, what caused it, and how it was going to be fixed. He also showed me how the mechanism in the broken part had failed and thereby causing the issue; also how the mechanism looks like in the replacement part. He additionally gave maintenance tips and timelines to consider replacing the pump. It's good to be in the know. He knows his stuff! His explanations were systematic, which helped me understanding. I'm very happy with the work he's donework.

Johnny was personable and easy to chat with while he worked and quickly fixed my sink and toilet. These guys have big hearts and do their best to go up and above. My place was a mess due to a 138 day hungerstrike I am on but he worked around it and still finished the job quickly, cleanly and throughly. Give him a promotion!
