Called them and they had someone come by 2 hours later. They fixed our furnace issues and were gone in 45 minutes tops. But they still charged for a full hour. But that is to be expected with after hours service calls. Wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Called Klug’s because furnace pilot would not light. Tina had a service rep (Chester) at my door within 3hr and furnace working again within the hour. Recommend without hesitation, great experience with knowledgeable and friendly service.

We had booked a time for a plumber to come by and fix a leak in a pipe in our basement. The time booked was for a Monday. On Saturday, later in the day we noticed the pipe was no longer dripping. (To begin with, there was only a few drops that came out of the pipe to begin with) Monday morning, my husband made numerous calls to the office to talk to a plumber BEFORE they came to our house. He spoke with an office worker, and they said they’d talk to someone and get back to us. After several calls made by my husband, because the woman he was dealing with wouldn’t call us back - my husband was clear we didn’t want a plumber showing up at our door before we spoke on the phone. And in the end, the Klugs office did not call as promised and a plumber did show up at our door. The plumber informed us that regardless of our repeated calls to the company, he had to charge a service fee. His work order did state to call first, but he said the ‘girls’ in the office told him to come anyways. We were not impressed with the company. The plumber himself was good - and since we had to pay for the service call anyways, we spoke with him about our concerns with the pipe and it was fixed to our satisfaction. Our problem was not with him, but was with the woman that mans the phone. We would not use this plumbing company again as we see them as very dishonest.

I've been dealing with Klug's sheetmetal for decades. I always enjoy their friendly staff and most recently had a house call where they explained the options and prices on a new shop furnace. Very professional and courteous!

A great choice when it come to all your HVAC needs. When our furnaces need replacing in a quick manner, the staff really showed they cared and wanted to help out our young family quickly. Overall a professional operation that exceeded my expectations from the office staff, to Adam our installer to the owner Ray. Don't hesitate to call these guys, they will treat you right and more importantly, be fair and honest.
