We had no hot water on a Friday night before the thanksgiving long weekend! I called at least 5 plumbers and Plombexpress was the only one to call me back. He was professional, he understood the issue, and he was able to give me time immediately after the holiday. He was able to come earlier than expected. He found the issue and had it fixed in a jiffy. I highly recommend.
