I can't recommend Quinn from Crestwood Plumbing & Heating enough! I was in a real bind and he went above and beyond by adjusting his busy schedule to fit me in. Not only was the customer service incredible, but the work itself was top-notch - efficient, clean and professional. It is rare to find someone who truly listens to your needs and delivers such high-quality results. Five stars all the way!!!

I couldn’t be happier with the plumbing service I received from Quinn. From start to finish, he was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained all the options clearly, recommended practical solutions, and offered very fair pricing. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard. On top of that, his friendly, easygoing manner made the whole experience stress-free. I would absolutely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone in Richmond and the surrounding communities.

Quinn was able to fit in a last minute leak we found under the sink same-day even though his schedule was packed. Really appreciated him coming in and he was knowledgeable, quick, and fair with pricing. I'm definitely going to recommend him to other folks and call him up next time we have any other plumbing/heating problems!
